The car will be returned in a few days.
I am afraid I will pay for the damage.
The problem is that due to covid-19, they do not pre-check the car.
Should I find a body shop to repair it?

Second the above. I returned a car with cracked bumper paint with indentations from getting rear-ended and it wasn’t charged on the inspection.

I believe they use the credit card check. If the damage can be covered up by a credit card, you should be good. I have personally gotten away with way worse!
