What’s inception fees listed here in addition to acquisition fees?

Hi,

I am trying to negotiate leasing a BMW i5 xDrive, but the numbers mentioned by the dealer wasn’t adding up. I asked them for a detailed breakdown and was surprised to see two fees in there, a $995 one and a $3119.28 one.

Another issue I found was that the MF is jacked up from the current 0.0016 to 0.002. Can someone confirm if it is 0.0016?

It also seems like licensing and initial payment is going to be in addition to the down payment. Is that right?

To be honest, it’s a waste of your time trying to decipher someone else’s quote. Spend that time on putting together a calculator to determine what’s your target deal.

Thanks for the tip. I did give the quote to the dealer and will share the calculator link here for comments tonight.
