I am trying to lease a custom order m440 gran coupe. I don’t mind the wait of 8-10 weeks. Trying to find a good discount on the same. I was a recent BMW owner so I do qualify for loyalty.

Welcome to Leasehackr! I can get you 8% off (but with a marked up MF) in NorCal. SoCal isn’t doing much of a discount right now.
Will likely still be a hideous lease. When that happens either decide whether it’s the only car you’ll drive (in which case, buy it) or lease something hackable.
You would be better off leasing an i4m50 if you can go full electric. Otherwise I suggest you reach out to brokers in your area to get a good deal. There is no such thing as the ‘most’ discount because every deal is different. Ashleigh’s offer is very reasonable with almost no effort on your part. How much is your time worth?
There also are very few of these around, and you’ll usually have to wait for an allocation, so that’s something to consider, too.
It’s going to take a lot longer than that for an M440i Gran Coupe order. Closer to 3-4 months.
EDIT: More like 4 months. There are less than 5 available allocations for an M440i Gran Coupe order in CA. So unless you order your car with one of those dealers, you will be waiting for an allocation, followed by waiting for the actual production, shipment (from Germany), and delivery of the car.
What should one expect off MSRP on a custom order M440i Gran Coupe?
Is there any way for a consumer to tell how many allocations exist on these cars in a state / region?
