What is the maximum MF markup allowed on Toyota/Lexus leases?

I believe it is 0.0005 for BMW but I have no idea what the max markup allowed by TFS is. I am working on a Lexus lease deal that makes sense to give up MF for a bigger dealer discount so looking for that MF markup data point. Thanks in advance everyone…
