Open up the calculator on your phone and punch in 937 x 36
Ask what kind of crack they’re smoking
And then add that number to your residual, and compare that to the MSRP…
Have you contacted @Jrouleau426 yet?
Is there negative equity in there?
I didn’t realize how bad it is!
Hmm what does it means? (I believe no since I’m not sure what the term means)
Sometimes, you can have an existing loan or lease where you owe more than what the car is worth. You can “roll” the negative amount into your new loan or lease - kind of like taking out equity when you refinance your house.

Talk to @Jrouleau426 end of story
At a bare minimum use broker deals posted here to give you a baseline, this deal is beyond awful. Even at MSRP on the Supporter Calculator the payment is $689+tax zero DAS
Bottom line it makes no sense to lease one of these.
If you want a hybrid 3-row, finance the Highlander or Kia Sorento etc.
This is a buy or get a gas one from me for 5k off and lease that.
Can you elaborate what’s the supporter Calculator and what’s tax zero DAS? (I assume it’s related to the delivery closing costs)
You did not realize that 36 payments of 937 a month was a little over 30k?
I knew it’s bad since I was aiming for 1% of MSRP.
But the moment I actually punched the numbers like the first comment said I realized how off it was.
I ran a calculator with 0% discount, 10% tax, 1000 acq, 1000 dealer, and 1000 gov fees. Still only get $842 per month with zero drive offs. Do you have market adjustments + mandatory add ons?
That rule is pointless
Take some time and read leasing 101
Your deal is over even the 2.25% rule
you have a lot to learn my dude, take some time to read up.
