Your ask price can be anything you want it to be. If you want to make a reasonable offer, have you looked at what other comparable vehicles are listed at?

You can try to use sites like CarGurus or AutoTempest to get a better idea of what others are selling them in your area for with similar features, as well as run it through Carvana/Vroom to find out the absolute floor you shouldn’t go below.
Getting a discount on used cars is very tough. Most are priced to sell with no negotiation possible because it’s so easy to compare prices
