Learning how to stir fry in an actual wok, bit of a learning curve but made egg fried rice today, I forgot to buy veggies and the convenience store was out of green onions unfortunately.

Convenience stores have green onions?
Yeah our campus meal plan is 14 swipes a week and the rest as campus dollars which we spend at a convenience store that sells groceries and other American style convenience store items, plus cleaning supplies, school supplies, etc.
Does smuggling meals in Tupperware work over there?

One secret to fried rice is to use leftover (or make the day before), but don’t use fresh.
Is that a secret though? Always thought that’s how fried rice are made…
Not everyone is aware of that.
I imagine non-Asians may not be aware of this (or just people who don’t cook).
This is also the reason I don’t like to order fried rice while eating out. Have definitely had rancid rice a few times due to restaurants using several day old rice that has gone bad.
Count me as one.
Can someone clue in @HersheySweet on how to make fried rice?
