What 3 row car is cheapest to lease?

Our family is growing and the used car market is awful right now, so we are looking at leasing a 3 row vehicle.

I just got an incredible lease on an ioniq 5 se (0 down 189/month) for myself, but for my wife (who is generally with the kids) we need a bigger car, and I wonder if there are any lease deals out there in November 2024 that are that level of crazy.

2024 XC90 loaner @ sub-$400/m is up there IF you can find one and get a deal.

Look around for xc90 t8 . Check all dealers in 200 miles radius. Good luck. I hope you have Costco.
If not, get membership online today for future deals.

What about great Mazda CX70 phev.? $500/m
Also, an option is to go with Dodge Hornet for $260/m.

I don’t see how you’d get an xc90 under 400, the calculator is coming up with way more than that.

Can you fit 3 kids into a dodge hornet or the cx70? I’m not so sure

You can surely get one with right combo.

2025 XC90 T8 plus PHEV
Demo/loaner
Costco executive rebate
ABA rebate
24/7500
Maximum MSDs
Get it from a region with highest lease cash… like GA

$400 is possible.

Picked up a new 2025 XC90 T8 Core for $370 per month, 24 months and 10k miles per year. 1st month DAS. Did not even try that hard.

How many msd? And what state?

In Europe 5 people travel in Ford Fiesta or Toyota corolla. Just on the side note. LoL

You can pick up 2 for $500 a month if you tried hard enough lol

Wow, got one too?

Alright, this is it!

Quick question, I’m based out of Texas. Can you lease a car from a GA dealer and register in Texas?

You can, if you find the dealer who wants to deal with Texas registration and sales tax.
BTW @djrabbi quote doesn’t include sales tax for some reason ( specific state sales tax rule?) . Do not forget about the Texas lease with sales tax from entire selling price unless you will find local Texas dealer who will offere sales tax credit.

I heard price after the rebate and discount cannot be less than he residual. In this deal residual is $54,700, which is higher than sales price of $49,715.

Any leads on this please

I tried putting this into the calculator. You’re right that the lease can get crazy low, but RateFindr doesn’t think I can get both the Costco rebate AND the ABA rebate.

Ratefindr is wrong
