West Coast auto broker recommendation

,

Can anyone recommend a West Coast BMW auto broker? I’m looking for a 2019 X5 lease, 36 month, 10-12 k miles/year.

I’ve already been offered discounts of 7.25 - 7.7% off MSRP (not including incentives) but need to shave off a few more % to get the deal done.

Thanks in advance!

There are multiple client advisors in the list of registered dealers and brokers. That’d be an EXCELLENT place to start

You might have to wait. I think you can get close to 10% but those are hard deals at this point. At least on east coast. They selling easily.

One with these options only?

Thanks for the message. These are the nonstandard options I must have:

Convenience package
Heated front seats
20 inch wheel option (style 738)

I’d prefer the exterior color to not be white and the interior to be either cognac or coffee. But these aren’t deal breakers.

I live in WA and would probably need the car shipped.

I know what I am looking for exists. Here is an example:

Thanks!
David

Hi there, unless I’m reading this wrong which is possible, with shipping it sounds to me like you should just take the deal you got at 7.7% off or grind them for a few 100 more? 2% more ish is about $1100 ish, shipping will cost way more than that right? Plus you have to pay a broker so is it worth it? If it were me and i had the car i wanted in my backyard i would just call the dealer and get the car. Good luck.

Thanks for the feedback. Since I’m new to leasing I very much appreciate your advice.

The 7.7% discount I was offered is from Pacific BMW in Southern CA (I have a similar discount from BMW of Murrieta). So I would still need to ship the car to Seattle for ~$1000. Unfortunately, the shipping cost eats up the discount so much that the OTD price is nearly the same as what the dealers in Seattle are offering (which isn’t good). That’s why I’m looking to find a better discount.

Out of curiosity, what are your broker fees?

I think I just need to wait until discounts are more plentiful.

Thanks again,
David

Have you tried looking at either of the dealerships in Portland?

No, I haven’t since they appear to not be discounting at 7.7% below MSRP (from what I’ve read). Please let me know if you know otherwise. If so, please send the name of a salesperson to contact.

Thank you in advance,
David

Have you reached out the dealerships yourself to find out?

Also, I would be prepared to pay more of a premium since you have some non-negotiable options.

No, I haven’t reached out to them. Do you have a contact person who you would recommend I email?

I do not know what you mean by “non-negotiable options.” I see a few vehicles of interest on their website right now. For example, I would be happy with this:

Please let me know if you have a contact in mind.

Thanks,
David

I don’t have a particular contact…you said that you had a few options that were a must, meaning that you are going to be limiting yourselves to cars with those options.

Call that dealership, ask to speak to an internet sales manager or get his/her email address, and go from there.

If you need help on shipping I have a gal I can recommend. No way it should cost $1,000. I shipped a truck to NJ from CA for $1200
