Hello, I am currently looking to lease a new car and in my search I found that the 2017 Maxima was nearly 10-11k off in my area. So I Emailed the dealer, and their sales person said “Sorry we do not lease that 2017 model, but we lease the 2017 Rouge” Is this a normal thing?
Yes - this is common. Manufacturers can suspend lease support on previous year models in a staggered fashion and would do so depending on how much inventory was left that they needed to move. For example, Mercedes will still let you lease a 2017 C-Class this month but not a 2017 E-Class.
