It’s equally useless. Yah, you won’t rack up $20k in lost money, but it’s still useless for judging if something is a good deal or not.
Walking into a dealership is for taking delivery of an already negotiated deal.

If you haven’t already done a test drive, you could ask then. Or when you are getting ready to email your proposed deal to the dealer you could ask then also. That way you know how to structure your deal.
were they trying to put you into a qx60? i got the same qx80 deal last year
Yes, see PM I sent to you. Deal offered on a new QX80 as well as QX60 were pretty aggressive without me doing any negotiating.
