Volvo XC90/S90 lease offers

I live in Michigan (Ann Arbor area), anyone here know how to get the sub 400/500 lease prices mentioned in different forums on Volvo’s S90, or XC90 since the best I got is $650/mo, 39m, 15k, with $1000 down, any help will be much appreciated.
Note: I have Costco, and Sam’s club(true car) membership.

On S90 T6 mom - 10% or more off before incentives, 24 months lease. Not possible on XC90.

There are threads that explain how people got those numbers. Have you read those threads to see how those deals we’re structured?

How can you get 10% or more of the S90 SP, the best I got is around 5%?

I read some of them, but still not able to find a dealer that I can work with to get these numbers ;(

Gotta branch out. Start looking outside the immediate area

You have a-plan through Sam’s - it gives you 6% off by default. Read, like others said.

That doesn’t sound right at all. Using base A-Plan discount on 24 months, 10k miles and a base model S90,

MSRP of 49095
Sales price of 46194 (6% discount)
Incentives of $8000 (Ann Arbor gets $5000 in Volvo cash and $3000 in A-Plan cash)
MF of 0.00045
RV of 63%

And I get $1603 up front and $363 before taxes. And this is with no MSDs or additional dealer discounts.

Looks about right to me.

Good luck finding an S90 in stock with a $49k msrp. $51k seems to be about the floor of what I’ve seen.

Yeah, the dealers around me have a lot of fully packaged/optioned S90’s at the ~$60k MSRP mark but I’ve yet to see any base models. I did contact my local dealer about getting a base model but they said “it takes about 3 months to receive it in once it has been ordered”, so I’m really not sure how that would work in terms of leasing. Would I get this month’s lease incentives since I’m ordering it now or do I get the incentives of whatever month it is delivered?

Either way, nice deals on the S90 this month.

The T6 actually can lease better than the T5 depending upon equipment levels because the incentives are larger. Still need to do the math each and every time. Also, with the significant discounting available, sometimes the 24 month term works out cheaper. If delta in RV is 7% then they are close or a lean towards 36 month, if 8 or 9%, then lean toward 24 month.

Yup. Once you get an s90 t5 over about $53k, a comparably equipped t6 becomes cheaper.

Do anyone have the breakdown of RV % for each tier T5, T8 etc?

Edmunds is the best place to go for that info as it varies by region, etc

So after contacting couple dealers, I received the following quota for 2018 S90 T5 mom:
24 MONTHS 15k
MSRP 56,990
PRICE 54,041
Rebate 9000
RATE 0.00049
RESIDUAL 60%
Tax on Down 540
Plate & Registration 23
DOWN 0
Due at Signing 1119.20

First months payment $556.20

any ideas?

Only 5% discount, very bad.

Also, a 57k T5 will be more expensive to lease than a 60-61k T6.
