I’m helping a friend potentially lease a 2023 Volvo XC90 loaner and am wondering what the current wisdom is on discount off MSRP for loaners? The dealership has a bunch to choose from, mostly ranging from 3,000-6,000 miles.

There is no wisdom in getting a 23 loaner because you can get a 24 new one with the right discount for less on a 24 months lease. Only 6k miles or 6 months loaners qualify for $3k loaner cash, FYI.
Unless you want 36monhts loaner is cheaper on 36month
