Dealer has an XC60 (T5 DRIVE-E PREMIER) sitting on his lot for a while. He’s has offered 7k below MSRP and 5k below invoice. The color is not my pref and i’ll most likely walk. If I had to push him further what should be my offer? or is this good enough? There’s been no negotiation so far. I am trying to nail the selling price before discussing the lease. Suggestions?
bump… any suggestions?
Good price. Go for it. Make sure it does not include incentive. You could qualify for an additional 5k incentives.
So MSRP is around 45 k. Sale price/Cap Cost should be 33k (7k MSRP and 5k Incentive) after incentives[$3,250 Complimentary Premier Package and $2,100 Lease Bonus]. With this a lease should be less than 300 a month.
There is also $1000 conquest bonus. Good luck. Hope you get it.
@vhooloo thanks for this.
acc to the delater the incentive is included in the 7k discount.
also, the published lease bonus is $500. I don’t see $2100 anywhere. Can you help point in the right direction?

That’s the national offer. The newengland offer is 2100
If incentives are included, then not much of a discount. They are high balling you.
@vhooloo i think i get it now. i’ve been on this portal for a while, i won’t let LH down
Great. We look forward to your sub 300 XC 60 lease with no down. (320 for Platinum trim is ok).
will try my best any idea where can i get the MF and residual numbers for this?
Did you end up leasing this? How were your numbers?
XC60 is a bit of a crapfest… great car. Abs loved it. The residual kills it. It close to 50% which means that even if you get a 15-18% discount you’re still way over 400 per month for a 36/12 with 0 drive off.
There’s an overload of these in the mkt and you should be able to get a good deal. My suggestion would be to buy and hold on to it for 6-8 years… if you can
Well I saw that they were running a 24 month lease program that would keep you under 400/month but I read it on the internet and well…thank you for your reply!
