10-12% at buy rate mf is a good target for pre-incentive discount on the volvos.

Dealers tend to be more willing to part with inventory in their possession than any others.

Of course, certainly better to sell what they have. That being said, any experience with a special order discount through Volvo?

10% would be very good. “through Volvo” is still through a dealer.

If you head to broker pages they have 14-16% discounts on xc60’s and looks to be pre loyalty…

Second this! You are Illinois though, IDK if carQ midwest still is a thing. Quentin’s dealers are mostly located in NYC tristate so you’re going to have a bit of a drive. However he has two XC60 t5 and t6 SUVs at 18 and 19% off.
Backstory…I want a particular set of options that I cannot find near me, so there is a dealership 200 miles away that have THREE vehicles that I would accept. All three are identical other than color. SO my dealer would be doing a dealer trade to get one up here that I’d buy.

I signed a 55k XC60 that also had to be shipped for $460 a month. It is an Inscription with Advanced and park assist. What is your build?
Broker offers are really good right now for Volvo leases. Much better than this deal.
He lives in IL, it’s doesn’t make sense to sign a deal in this current pandemic on the east coast. He’d have to figure out how to pick up the car/get it shipped, get it titled/registered out of state. I also believe most brokers won’t do out of state for specific Volvos including the XC60.
I would put his efforts to trying to negotiate a deal down on his own. I know it’s doable because I did it with my current XC60 that I leased from a dealer in IL.
I wasn’t specifically talking about the NE brokers with their $2k loyalty.
I do agree that there will be better deals when this all clears up. There doesn’t seem to be any “fire sale” going on, but rather some stinginess from dealers.

Mine has everything you have but the luxury, but I was also as well picky with color combos. Had to be denim on maroon brown.
10k miles, MF was 0.00181, no money down, and 10 MSDs.
