My suggestion was to target an additional $600 off (others here would recommend more), knock the MF down to the 0.00026 MF, let them have the $995 acq fee, and call it a day. If you don’t want to come up with the MSD, don’t worry about it. You’d earn about 8-10% on the value of the MSD in payment reduction. No big deal on 5 deposits. (I will edit my post above).

Who cares what the dealers quote is? Go back with your numbers. All is straight forward, but of course they will resist. The sales price looks almost correct, so everything else should fall in place. Maybe sticker is $54,950, we don’t know your tax rate - you did not provide any details, really.
That should be a legit PoleStar tune. Not an appearance pack. I recall seeing the XC90 tune at ~$1600.
