Ask for 20% and you’ll do fine at 18%. Check cargurus to see how long it’s been on the lot. This will give more precise target.

I did check. Not sure how low the Dealer is willing to go though.

Is Conquest always avail as an Incentive for Volvo? Are you able to use MSD in NY?

Not typically no

An out of state dealer can sometimes add MSDs for customers who live in NY, but NY law doesn’t allow dealerships there to collect it.
