Volvo dealerships in SF Bay area?

Having a hard time finding any good Volvo dealerships in SF bay area or Norcal. Looked through old posts but it wasn’t much helpful. Best contact info I could find was Tony from Culver City in socal. Wondering if anyone has previously found any good deals with Volvo in this region?

Here is the best quote I got for 2020 XC60 T6 Inscription:

I confirmed the RV/MF from edmunds. Dealer has marked up the MF and giving 5% discount before incentives. I have asked dealer to use base MF. What kind of % discount I should be targeting. I was hoping to get at least 8%. Is that unrealistic?

Which model and trim?

2020 - XC60 T6 Inscription

I will PM you.

@HersheySweet any input here?

I’m also in the process of looking for a new xc90 lease to replace my current V90CC in the bay area and the best offer I got was similar to yours but with 7,500miles per year and 2500 drive off.

I have been working with 5 different dealers and in the last two months and my experience is that most local dealers are very low on inventory and are not willing to negotiate only deals that you can get are on less desirable configurations that still at dealers lots.

Based on your calculator, what is the $1,750 taxed incentives? Is that from the Costco Auto Program?

As for your experience, yes, I had the same thing with Volvo (and other brands):

  • MF is marked up. They won’t budge
  • 5% discount seems to be the ceiling

PS: I don’t know if you know this, but if you’re considering a 2021 model, Volvo will have 112 mph speed limiter for all models.

Thanks Didn’t know about speed limiter. I am only focusing on 2020 models as that has more lease cash.

1250 is Costco incentive. I was told another 500 for Penfed but it seems that is actually $1000 so I need to check again. Dealer is not budging to bring down the marked up MF nor increase pre incentive discount from 5%.

I am trying to reach out to Tony at Culver city Volvo. Let me know if you find anything in bay area.

I have until the end of Nov to find a replacement, and I hope that maybe the incentive will get better next month, but since inventory is so low, I’m not sure if it will make any difference. I may try to extend my lease for another month to see if I can get something better in Dec.
@keyjey Is the Costco incentive is new for this month?

Yes the Costco inventive is new and its valid until 1/4/2021 if I remember correctly.

thanks. let me know if you find better deals in Socal.

He’s already contacted me. Yeah I’ll send him a PM, I’m willing to share my contact at two Bay Area dealers; I’ve been too busy to do much business remote. I sent two separate messages.

Lots of homework?

Guilty as charged; sheets for Oct. coming later this week tho  JLR, Volvo, and hopefully Honda.

@keyjey I got a quote from Tony for an inscription with an advanced package 36/7.5k, 2500 drive off for $599 (pre-tax). your original quote is still better assuming it comes with the same packages.
If you don’t mind me asking, what dealer in the bay area did you get the original quote?

Check your PM. @kailanism

Any updates?

Hey there, we didn’t go ahead with XC60 but found best pricing were from Tony at Culver City. Good Luck.
