To me this reads as Volvo will take whatever you give them,and Sam’s club needs to improve their computer systems, but hopefully not in the next few days. :slight_smile:

I agree. Volvo will take any sams club pin but their dealers may nit pick to suit them. (Maybe dealers get a bigger commission on non-sams club sale).

In any case, I am sure that May will be blow out month at Volvo. Now we need someone to get the S90 at 199 or better. Who will do it?

Talking to a volvo dealer about MSDs. He said I can do 10 msds (this is for a T6) but my money factor will go down to .00033 instead of .00028 (9 msds). I pay 10 but volvo “takes one off the top”.

Interesting, I had a dealer say the exact same thing, even use the term “takes one off the top”.

Dealer just clarified. I get back all 10 but mf only goes down by 9.

The dealer that my SIL got hers from was the one that said 9=10, so that’s consistent with that deal. I’m working another deal through another dealer for an inscription for me. I’ll report back what happens with that one.

That’s the kind of math that dealers like, And notice it is always in their favor. Never “put down 9 MSDs and you get 10 MSDs worth”

Agreed. I do find it very weird. I wasn’t in the room when it came up in the case of my SIL’s deal or I would have dove into it further.

You won’t know on Inscription - the max there is 6 MSDs (.00032 buy rate).
