Volkswagen 2022 Taos SE lease offer

I am looking into leasing a VW Taos. I got the following offer.

Msrp: $33,610
Money Down: $0
Monthly Payment: $510
DOS: taxes, bank fee, 1st month, & DMV totaling $3,237.
Trim: SE
Term: 39 months at 10,000 miles

Is this offer good? If not, where can I push back? Any advice is appreciated.

You haven’t provided much info (selling price, MF), but… does spending 60% of the MSRP over a little more than 3 yrs seem like a good use of your $?

Are you in love w/ the Taos? If not, what are competing cars going for?

And, regardless of the answer to the above questions, why not just finance the car?

Purchase it instead, VW has awful lease programs this month and you’ll have a similar payment on a 72 month loan. You can always sell it after 3 years if you don’t want to keep it long
