Vistiq lease advice

Hi - I am just beginning to reach out to dealers looking for a 24/12 lease on a Vistiq Sport or Luxury. Please see sample calculator attached.

Curious to know, I had one dealer respond with a residual of 71% versus the 76% shown in Ratefindr. When I questioned this he indicated that “demo vehicles are assigned different RVs” but two other dealers who I presented offers to for demos confirmed that 76% was correct. Who’s right?

Outside of this, how does my proposed offer look? Targeting 12-13% discount so far seems challenging.

See Can residual value be far different for a loaner?

Best of luck in IL, feels like a lot of demand for Cadillac EV here.

Were these all the same year and trim and drivetrain?

There is a mileage penalty of 25(?) cpm on loaner miles.

Thanks - yes all 3 are sport awd with 4-6k miles. The feedback is helpful, thanks

Hi Everyone - I was able to complete a one pay 24 mo / 12k lease on a 26 Vistiq loaner a couple of weeks ago. Total one pay lease was $16,200 including taxes and all fees. Price was based upon a discounted dealer price of $71,444 and $5,000 in rebates (conquest, GM Executive EV Referral and GM card).

Its an excellent vehicle, the mileage is 6,500 which is higher than I would have liked but I still am able to put an additional 24k miles on it without penalty. Special thanks to @Jimzigg for his excellent advice and support!

Did they apply the CTA incentive? I’m struggling with my dealer not seeming to know how to do it, or not telling me they can, so any advice is appreciated.

Yes they did, I’m not certain the amount as it was within the total discount that the dealer agreed to before rebate incentives.
