Best place or way to find a used Nissan Leaf (or similar) off lease

I know that many EVs are coming off lease over the course of the summer. I would like to find a Nissan Leaf 2023 model year or later for my mother. She really needs something just to get around town and most important affordable. We are in NY. Any thoughts on finding one on the $10,000 - $12,000 range (I know this may be slightly wishful). Any other thoughts or questions.

Does it matter if it had previously been leased? Or will any used Leaf from 2023 or later be possibly sufficient?

Many people mentioned visor.vin in a thread about new car inventory. I’m not really familiar w/ that site but took a quick look, and it seems like they might cover used car inventory, as well.

Otherwise, Nissan’s own site and perhaps something like Autotrader?

Looks like there are some pretty close to 12k you could make some offers on. Some with accident history or shady dealers but I’m sure you can negotiate your way into one. Quite a few at least in Jersey that’s not that far.
