What do you guys think? I currently have loyalty but no costco. Not sure if there are any other applicable rebates on a loaner.

Get Costco on your way…
Rule of 20% applies to loaner…with more than 2K miles… so for 800 miles I would say min 12% should apply…
On new cars you can get 10% to 15% depending on how the sales people are motivated…
So be judicious with your powder…
Crevier BMW is advertising loaner X3s for about the same price; you should be able to get some more wiggle room on the discount pre rebates.
10% on new is tough. 15% on new is a unicorn. Your somewhat misleading here making it sound easy.

So what should one expect on the new? 8 %
Local dealer ia advertising 44k MSRP for 38k. So you should be doing better discount with the Loaner.
Up to 12% MAY be attainable at an aggressive dealer, but will be tough. 15% is going to be as pretty close to rare as you can get. At 12% they are already 100% into their holdback.

I had a tough time at Paul Miller. Best I got was 530/mo - with like 3500 DAS on a $49k MSRP.
