Since USAA discontinued its car buying service and punted to TrueCar, does anyone know if the TrueCar BMW discounts are good for veterans, or currently serving only? The TrueCar website only had “check with BMW dealer” under the eligible groups heading. Also, will this stack with OL code and/or lease cash (not conquest or loyalty)?
