Just got a text that it’s delayed again……
wow a 2% change in the MF (*2400) made a 90-100 monthly payment difference with a 2% reduction in RV.
3.14% difference but yes
It’s probably the first time where I see such a payment difference and the RV is lower.
I would assume RV > MF but the MF easily trumps the RV here.

They have been pretty good the last couple of years. My customer lease returns haven’t had issues. But their lease program in 21-22 has sucked

Same and my customers that haven’t returned aren’t mad about 10k of equity…
If usbank returns we’re still horrid this forum would be overrun with stories with the amount of leases that went through them the last 3 years here.
