Conquest and grad are both taxable rebates for Acura.

Ok I’ll put that in next time, still learning how to work that calculator lol I checked my numbers on my end though and were all good so that deal is 100%

I’d suggest showing this as a deal with only first month due at signing or sign and drive. $3085 is a lot due at signing on a lease that doesn’t include MSD and the conventional wisdom here is to have your DAS as low as possible

That is true but I see everyone post deals up with 2,500 DAS or a monthly and saying plus tax after it, I havent seen too many deals with a payment and sign and drive. If you want to know what it is sign and drive I guess you can adjust that in the calculator fairly quickly and you’ll know what that is if you wish to do sign and drive which is totally fine.

Trish posts all of her deals with sign and drive and she arguably has the most success of anyone. Many of nyclife’s posts are like that too. That is true about the calculator though.

I think OP’s post is accurate. Its taxes and fees due at signing like most other broker posts on this site.

I never said it wasn’t accurate at all. I just believe he will have more success if he does sign and drive or first payment DAS. Trish does sign and drive and has great success

That’s pretty much the same thing I am getting, very little wiggle room. Incentive is $2,375 but that MF was bumped up to 0.0019 :frowning:

Also, that 1k conquest rebate should be under “taxable” in the calculator link.

Yeah the RDX isnt going to get any better they just moved money around. Since interest rates are rising they just gave the rebate offset the increase but your pretty much the same as before. those payments havent changed since june. I had to bite the bullet and bought mine after waiting but its worth it you wont regret it lol
