Take it or leave it? Chicago suburbs. Can’t get the calculator to match offer though…Also, strange that Edmunds gave me MF of .00212 & RV of 64 VS. Dealer .00229 & 68
Usually this means theres a model year/trim/awd vs fwd difference.
If you’re using different numbers here, your calculations aren’t comparable so they’ll never match
Thanks for responding, but it was (2) different questions I was asking…I used the mf and rv that the dealer gave me in the calculator and it came out to $422 p/month. On the worksheet the dealer provided (see above
) it came to $445 p/month
Not supprised. Dealer always can manipulate the quote any way they want.
Focus on monthly payment, not how you are right and they are wrong. If $20/m is a deal braker for you and they do not want to negotiate just move on and reach out to 10 another dealers in 200 miles radius.
Do not waste your time.
Good luck.
Appreciate your answer! Not about the $20 p/month. Car isn’t even for me, it’s for my in-laws. Just wanted to make sure I wasn’t crazy
and that I am Right and they are Wrong.
Your dealer quote doesn’t state the due at signing. If its $0 due at signing, they’re about the same
I Questioned the moderator on Edmunds and they stated they made a mistake and that the MF and RV that the dealer gave me is correct
Your calculator is not a zero drive off.
Now that we have all that settled…Anyone have input on the deal itself?
“Customer cash” can be an ambiguous term. It may mean $0 drive off, it may mean $0 beyond first momth payment. It may mean $0 additional cap cost reduction.
Illinois charge taxes on taxes + fees when leasing. So actual tax rate is bit higher than 8.25%.
