I have a 2017 ATS which I’m leasing for only $225/month, I have 1 payment left for march and the lease is over. They only make the coupe version of the ATS for 2019, so im looking elsewhere. Im considering the bmw 3 series. I know the redesigned 2019 models are coming out soon so i’m hoping to score a good deal on a 2018 model. Will dealers still have 2018 3-series available to lease near the end of march? if not, what other luxury vehicle options do I have where I can keep payments below $300? I’m located in Michigan.
Well first off I’ll start by saying kudos on the $225 a month ATS lease, that sounds like an insane deal.
On the downside however, in todays day there is not much “Luxury” you can get while keeping your payments under $300…
Your best bet is going to be a bare bones loaner/demo BMW.
BMW lease support ends on March 1st for 2018 models so you might want to get another vehicle now and overlap your leases. 3 Series and X2 tend to be where the best value models are.
I wasn’t paying super close attention to all the threads, but it seemed like the loaner 320i had the best prices (seemed like SoCal had a ton of them late last yr in inventory; not sure what Michigan was like).
You have to lease an outgoing 3-Series like, now. BMW terminates lease support for 2018s on Thursday.
I have a 2017 ATS coming due in July @ $299 month. Just started looking. Not having much luck locally, in Michigan also, but still have a few months to find something.
Does it mean leasing 2018 model (new or loaner) won’t be available after March 1st?
yeah, beyond then you can only buy or finance with a loan
Just leased a 320i for $209 (including OL and Grad) with a 24 month lease. The 24/10 seem to be the lowest prices now.
Since the lease support for the 2018 3-series is ending on Thursday, I would think BMW dealerships are going to be aggressive on their remaining inventory. IMO it could be worth getting the car now, or see if the dealership can help pay your last payment.
Wow that’s an awesome deal. Did you get that deal in Michigan?
The current programs end March 1, however, if history repeats itself, lease support will last until the end of March. Ending of support hasn’t been announced yet, nor do we know if it will continue into March as it has in previous years, until March 2nd.
I think its going vary based on model. Most models to end at the end of March, with some exceptions like the 2018 X1 and 2018 3 series.
Thanks! I got it in suburban Chicago.
