Trying to understand Audi e-tron offer sheet

, ,

Fancy way to say doc fee.

Pretty steep- in CA $85 doc fee and $30 for electronic filing.

Many east coast states don’t restrict it. A lot of dealers in Florida have $800+ doc fees.

How does AudiCare figure into the calculator?

If I bump the MSRP and the Selling Price up by $999 and the residual by 1 point, I get a wash on monthly in the calculator compared to without. However, the dealer sheet is showing an increase in monthly, and the residual doesn’t seem to include AudiCare in the calculation. I know that logically makes sense, but can’t figure out how to make this match.

Without AudiCare:

With AudiCare:

I know the MF is marked up. East coast is tough. I did get all discounts (10% Costco, though no more + $9000 allowance + $2000 loyalty + $7500 federal credit).

Try it without changing MSRP, in other words:

Bump up just the selling price by the cost of Audicare
Add 1% to RV

Talked to these guys multiple times. They’re nice but never have offered competitive deals. I would keep looking.

Yeah, that got it within a couple bucks.

I don’t like that marked-up MF. I am interested in a fairly specific build (Prestige with brown interior), so my options are somewhat limited. I know I pay more for that. But there are a few more out there, so I’ll probably make a couple calls in the morning.

Thanks for the help, team.
