Trying to get rid of my lease! any options? (Mercedes Benz - Lease - SoCal)

Hello,

I leased a Mercedes Benz EQB300 at the end of 2023, December 31st (10k a year, 30,000 miles for 3 years)

I live in an apartment and I never knew I would be driving it this much when I got it and I never knew it would be such a pain in the ass PUBLIC charging and waiting in line. I have 15 months left on my lease and I was wondering what kind of options do I have if I want to get rid of it now?

I’ve already driven 25550 miles out of the 30,000 total miles.

I’m paying $432(tax included) should I pay the 15 month lease difference upfront early and get rid of it? ($6500) or are there any other options? I’ve never done this before… thanks for any kind of help.

Trade it in for an ICE or PHEV by paying rest of your payments into new lease

Mercedes doesn’t allow transfers…. so…

Has to be a huge negative equity position here. Best thing to do is just keep and ride the lease out and pay mileage penalty. I don’t know if MB allows transfers but I can’t imagine anybody picking this up without a very large chunk of change coming back with it.

I actually called and spoke with MBFS and they do…that was only during Covid time. I guess the best thing to do is pay the 15month difference which is ($6450) and get rid of it or use the LAP program and ground the vehicle and get a new Mercedes Benz and use the loyalty program since it’ll be the 3rd one.

In most states, MBFS charges a 4% early termination fee.

Nevermind you arent even at 24 months so pull ahead wont work
