It really was just timing as this was done in the last weekend of November 2016. Incentives included Red tag + conquest + dealer discount + CostCo Cash Card
Took almost a year to get pulled over… but no plates and the sticker in Newport Beach was a bit aggressive =)

What dealer gave you a 12 month lease? I’m having trouble finding one who will do it.
Pretty much no dealer ever will. Was a really odd one-off exception it seems. Either MINI authorized it for a few dealers, or Sonic Automotive worked something out. Not sure.
I think so, they were used cars purchased at auction with, very high MF leases.
