Had two issues…
- MSRP with all packages and options was higher than MRM, so residual is based on $50,200 MRM instead of MSRP, and that added a few hundred to my depreciation. Nothing I could do here though, as local inventory is getting pretty thin and wife was a stickler on color/options.
- Was only the second deal this dealer had done with US Bank, and their paperwork system wasn’t set up correctly, causing the contract to print out wrong. When I pointed it out, we called US Bank and confirmed, then had to call Dealertrack to get their form reprogrammed. 5 hours of waiting, but I had the day off so no biggie.
