You can ask the dealership if you can buy your friend’s car through them while selling your car. I don’t think they will agree but you can give it a try.

They’d do it for money. But that would probably destroy all the savings.

I agree. He can tell them to charge him they dealer fee (unless he is in FL) both sides will be happy. I’m guessing they both live in the same state.
