I am not sure if the alarm is installed on the car already, but I know that it is not activated because I still have to schedule an appointment to go in for programming. My question is can I get a refund on this or not.
It’s a dealer installed option, so ask them.
Thanks Jon. Got the answer to my question. Called the dealer. Dealer said no. Its an installed accessories so no refund.
