I’ve searched the following question on leasehackr and other sites but I haven’t seen a definitive answer yet.
On a TFS lease with MSDs when one sells to a third party like Vroom, Carvana, etc does the 3rd party buyout price include the MSDs or not?
On MBFS, the 3rd party buyout price does include the MSDs.
MSD is separate from payoff. When the tfs lease is paid off they will mail you a check from MSD. 30-45 day wait

if one plans to sell 18-24 months into lease via 3rd party it is always best to roll taxes into thepayment, right?
the mf is so high on 4runner right now i didnt want to pay interest on taxes.
Tax is monthly in our region so It’s not something that’s rolled in
