If you specifically want this car and nothing else, perhaps financing would be a better option.

Why would anyone pay $578x36 to rent a car selling for $37k plus tax?

As Max said, you’re paying $21k to lease a $37k car. If you’re dead set on this car, finance it

I am open to other luxury models and brands. I am just not looking for an EV at this point.

A hackable lease is the reason this site exists. It should be pretty obvious what is and isn’t. If you need a numerical definition, here’s one: the cost of successive leases is lower than the net spend of ownership (financing payments made, less equity generated)
