Thoughts on this offer for a '19 Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti Sport RWD?

Hi guys!

I’ve been trying to get a solid deal on a '19 Giulia Ti Sport for a while, but deals have been elusive all year. Finally found a dealer willing to play ball, and I have them down to the following…

2019, Alfa Romeo, Giulia Ti Sport RWD

MSRP: $46,440
Selling Price: $37,440
Pre-tax Monthly Payment: $508.00
Monthly Payment with Tax: $543.00
Cash Due at Signing: $0.00
MSD:0
Incentives: $3,500.00
Months:36
Annual Mileage:12000
MF: .00150
Residual: 46%
Region: FL
Leasehackr Score: 7.8

What are your thoughts on this deal? I’m on the fence, but feel this can be improved.

Full calc here:

that almost $100 more than it should be. Are you sure about the MF and incentives? ALso, look at 24M leases and a lot of regions have 24m as the sweet spot

I leased an identical one last year for $352 incl tax with 1st pmt das from Triad Alfa Romeo in North Carolina, I’m 100% sure you can do better.

Thank you. I thought it looked too expensive for a $36K car… I confirmed the MF at .0015 which is higher than their buy promotional buy rate (1.9% APR for the same 36 mo period). Regarding the incentives, I actually screwed up the numbers slightly above… total incentives are $2,500 while Selling Price was discounted to $36,440

I’m getting a decent enough discount off MSRP, but I think what’s killing this is the dismal residual and a fattened-up MF imho…

Maybe I need to look at another region for better rates?

Thank you! I’ll reach out to them to see if they can come close to that again on a similar one they’re stocking.

I’ve heard Alfa has pulled back on incentives since the summer, so it might work to just wait and see once the 2020’s drop. Maybe?
