Should I go for it?

1200 down or total out of pocket? Taxes included? Do you qualify for conquest?

Yes, 1200 down and monthly includes tax. I have conquest.

You know when he says ‘down’ he means cap reduction. DAS/due at signing/total out of pocket means what you are paying at signing.
