The prestige trim is pretty much never worth leasing since the RV is always lower and sometimes the MF is higher than other trims. Try for a well equipped premium plus

S5 usually doesn’t lease well, sportback doesn’t lease well, prestige certainly doesn’t lease well. Add it all up and it’s impossible to get a good deal (relative to other makes or models) on this car.
Discount of slightly under 10% is ok. Others are getting 11-12% on s4, Q7, sq5, etc. however, even another $1000-1500 off doesn’t make it much better (if even achievable). Those cars also have thousands in additional incentives; the $750 rebate doesn’t do much here.
You should add msd if you have the extra cash. Also, verify with edmunds that mf isn’t marked up. As already mentioned, going with a well equipped p plus will help a little.

Have you shopped around or is this your first quote?
This is actually my second quote from a dealer having almost identical models on the lot. The first quote was a lot less discount but marked up fees and 55% RV. GATAVT was about $4000~ since I am in GA. God knows how all these dealers are calculating that.
Any update on what you ended up doing?
I ended up getting a Volvo XC60 as it was a deal I couldn’t pass up. I gave up on the Audi’s as the dealer network in my area is pretty much owned by the same parent company and they are difficult to work with compared to BMW and MB locally. I actually got a great deal on a 540i with M/package at 629$/mo. with just the first payment down.
