Thinking about taking over Benz E350 lease

Hi guys, I found a 2016 E350 with 12 months remaining(I only need to use a car for 12 months, so its good).
Not gonna to lease a new car at the end. So I am thinking excess wear tear(tire?rim Scratch?) fee will cost a lot. Is this correct?
Do you guys think if it’s a good deal to take?

2016 Benz E350 4dr Sedan
MSRP: $62,360
Monthly Payment: $530(tax included)
down payment: $1000(Owner asking me to pay)
Condition: rear tire need to be replaced (one tire sidewall cracks), scratch (smaller than credit card) at rear bump, rim scratch
Current Miles: 24,000
Remaining Miles: 12,000

Not gonna to lease a new car at the end. So I am thinking excess wear tear(tire?rim Scratch?) fee will cost a lot. Is this correct?

And if I take the lease, do I need do a inspection at a dealer or auto repair shop? Thanks.

Doesn’t sound like a good deal, considering it’s the older model. I believe there’s a post in the Marketplace for a better deal. The only thing is that you only need 12 months and this lease end matches your desired schedule.

yes exactly. The lease end matches my desired schedule. Maybe 1k incentives, no down payment and transfer fee on him will be a good one?

Did not find a Benz E350or similar on marketplace in CA.

You need to hone your searching skills.

They should teach how to be a nice person in school, which is most important.
