Noticed a 2024 i7 edrive50 loaner at my local dealer, roughly 7k miles on it, with a 109k msrp. Currently have a nice i4 lease for about 550 a month, but tempted to try to do something on that i7, surely they have to get a 2024 loaner moved soon. I really don’t need the upgrade, so I wouldn’t really want to add a ton to my payment. How low do you guys realistically think this could be leased for on a 36/7500? Or how low is certainly out of the question?

In addition to no footrest the negative equity in your i4 has to go somewhere.
$550 for i4 lease? You got robbed. You will have TONS of neggy into that deal to throw into i7. It will not be worth it. your payment will def be 3x than what it is now.
To make it even remotely feasible, you will need close to 25% off plus incentives to make it under $1000 payment.

Oh, maybe it was a bad deal. It was a 72k msrp one, and I probably would have got a better deal but really wanted a sunset orange one. This was about a year ago.

Expect trade in to be in high 30s or 40s. You will be neggy for at least $10K
You should shoot for 60xdrive if you can find one for steep discount’
I’d just ride it out.
