i’m no expert but would presume yes—unless the insurance company can prove he knew it was an illegal hookup and did it anyway, i can’t see what cause they’d have to deny—being stupid isn’t illegal (but no way this car was insured, right? no insurer would cover a car that’s going to be garaged where this was)

I just can’t believe the board doesn’t see the writing on the wall and throw him out. Their loyalty to him is that despite being a dumpster fire of a person he has made them rich. Surely they want to keep getting richer and see that he isn’t helping that any more?
Because TSLA is a meme stock prop up by Elon’s ownership, if he’s gone and TSLA is valued as other Auto stocks, it will worth a lot less than where they are now.
