+1 - Most of us on the forum help people out every day without expecting anything in return. If I were to pass on a deal, I would not charge a fee for my time. My 0.,02.

Don’t get me wrong. There are brokers who are “FOR” the forum. But then, there are those who aren’t.
Apologies you all feel that way. Seems a bit harsh, but I understand. I am just starting out and certainly have a lot more to learn than I thought. I am just trying my best.

Honest efforts? He’s been on the forum long enough to know that you need to be registered as a broker to charge broker fees.
Meanwhile, he’s posting these “super awesome” deals in the EQS thread but trying to charge people $699 through private message.

Thought you were looking to snag an EQS for yourself. I also noticed you posted about a Q4 etron.
Which has since been corrected as far as I can tell.
As I stated, I’m not following this particular saga and can’t read everything that’s posted here.
Most recent criticism in this thread is about an attempt for a personal vehicle and one for his sister.
Obviously a business needs to register before soliciting business here.

The issue here is you trying to charge a fee for your leads. Anyone attempting to use LH commercially needs to be officially registered before doing so.
You can continue sharing leads as you did without charging fee for doing so.

Don’t sweat it. Most of us respect the hustle. You may want to talk about a referral program with your dealers. I don’t see anything wrong with this type of arrangement.
Some of the frequent posters are almost certainly getting referral fee. Incentivizes the poster and free for buyer
