How much of that is incentives vs dealer discount?

That is just dealer discount
Incentive is $1500

What’s the catch? That sounds too good to be true.

If it’s real, take it and run.

Selling price is $10,000 off of MSRP?
I think you are way off. Like way off.

First, the incentivized MF is 0.00150 and can’t be used with $1,500 rebate simultaneously.

Second, if you do standard rebate, you have the rate of 0.00245

Yes… I did not do the deal and took some time to think as it sounded too good to be true

You are at $432 with me on 36/15k miles

I had 1 hr of negotiation… they agreed on $355 with first with due at signing… was not ready to share the quote with all the details

I just did the back tracking using the calculator

LeaseHacker calculator - leasehackr.com/calculator?make=Toyota&miles=15000&msd=0&msrp=43500&sales_price=33713&months=36&mf=.00100&dp=0&dealer_fee=85&acq_fee=650&taxed_inc=1500&untaxed_inc=0&rebate=0&resP=58&reg_fee=400&sales_tax=6.25&demo_mileage=0&memo=&zero_driveoff=true&sellingPriceTax_radio=true&bmw_demo_25=true

No. Your MF is the default one from calculator, so is your RV, and dealer fees. You are guessing. Do you have actual deal sheet or are you just going off of payment.

Going off by payment shared by dealership…

They did not share the deal sheet

There’s no point using the calculator when the most important numbers are all made up. Get a deal sheet or better yet, just go sign the deal.

I highly doubt that it’s going to be that payment when you get into that dealership because no one takes $10,000 off of Highlander. I haven’t seen any dealership do it.

$10000 off a highlander and base MF doesn’t equal those numbers anyways

Correct! And the base MF and the RV are off.

…and you walked away?

1 hour of negotiation and managed to pull $10,000 discount off of Highlander. Hm… Shoot.
I need to go work there.

That 10k discount is fictional, he does not know the selling price…

maybe it’s a non-captive bank with a high RV or something to get to that payment without such a huge discount

Maybe the dealer added the dealer added options on the MSRP for an OP to make him see that there is a bigger discount. I don’t know, I am just guessing.

Non-Captive Bank would be with an Ally and it has 67% RV with 5.54% MF. Another is USBank and I am at $475 on that one.
