$3441 is Welcome to Porsche program which is covering the last 3 months on my etron GT lease which I can keep until I no longer need it.
I was able to get rid of a $1100 add on junk GPS tracker. Funny thing is they will leave the tracker in the car, just discontinue the service.
the other question I have is that I understand that leasing for 36 mo @ 54% RV is better that leasing for 39 mo at 52% RV with a MRSP of $152K. What would the target MF for a 39 month to work given the RV at 39 mo? The dealers stress a 39 mo lease.
I calculated the contractual MF = .00317 so it is very likely that it is marked up. The LH Calc gives…
This is spot on and mirrors the dealer’s numbers as I confirmed all calculations manually. You’ll see that Gov fees total 885.95 as I included the other upfront fees of 485. This fee was not taxed. It likely includes the dealer doc fee. Don’t know if doc fees in FL are taxable or not. My best guess is that they’re taxable.
The dealer discount off MSRP is 26.34%. Not sure if this is reasonable for a 2026 car with 7k miles in your local market. You didn’t mention the model year. I’m sure the residual was adjusted downward for mileage.
