Im currently trying to do a lease transfer from Texas to Oklahoma. I haven’t been able to get a clear answer even from the DMV. Will the new lessee have to pay upfront taxes on the full value of the vehicle when registering in Oklahoma or is it taxes on the lease payment amount?
