But I do have a Marcus card with them
I received this email as well. Have been trying since 12/21 to redeem it. My local dealership had no idea how to enter it and we even called GM Rewards. They too are lost. Spent about an hour on hold or being transferred around. They were clueless.
First call from the dealership resulted in an escalation. When GM called me back, their instructions were to take the email back to the dealership,the same one who had no idea how to enter it.
Last call yesterday (12/27), and am now waiting for a return call as GM rewards does not appear to know anything about this offer…
I received my 20,000 points. It works.
