Target pre-incentive discount on 2020 Volvo V60 Cross Country

I got a quote for a 2020 Volvo V60 Cross Country Demo with less than 3,000 miles. Without negotiation, the dealer offered a 9% pre-incentive discount, which I was thinking should be closer to 15%.

In this market, any thoughts on a competitive pre-incentive discount off a loaner/demo in the Midwest region?
