Target Number of Leasing 2019 Buick Enclave Essense

Hello all,

Hope you are doing well :slight_smile: I am hunting a lease offer for 2019 Buick Enclave Essense, AWD preferred, in Bay area CA. I contacted various dealers, and the MSRP is around 45k to 52k, surely depending on the packages.

My expected lease terms are:
36 months (I was told 39 months is not available)
10k miles per year, and
minimal DAS.

What should be my target number for totally monthly payment? I heard a lot about the 1% MSRP rule, that is, the totally monthly payment including tax should be around 1% of the MSRP. Does the rule also apply for my case [car + location]?

I did not find much info about Enclave lease. Much appreciated for any suggestion!
