I do but trying to find someone of here that is reliable so that doesnt become an issue

I am not sure how you can trust. The fact that people from this forum approach you does not mean that they can’t get the car totaled and walk away.

I dont know what my other options are then. I should not have leased the car, I need a car with a much larger trunk. Made a mistake…

Drive with rear seats folded, what else?

Or take the hit selling it, even if it’s for below your payoff

Just don’t get how people make 3 year commitment to something that apparently not what they needed. Can understand dissatisfaction with comfort, for example, because it’s hard to gauge during test drives. But the size?

Definitely bigger, probably by 2 sq inches

My job circumstances changed and I did not realize I would need a much trunk space as I do

The best option is to sell it. There is another thread here about selling leased car.

Mind if I ask what job requires a bigger trunk and you can fold the rear seat?

Go to your local Infiniti dealer they may be able to swap you into something bigger without the break fees. You may not get a great deal but if you come out with less out of pocket than the bit you will take from selling it could work out.

Would not be hard to imagine needing a bigger trunk. These subcompact crossovers are really small. Basically take a hatchback and make it a little less practical. Car and driver reviewed this car and could not fit a set of golf clubs in the trunk with the back seat (which they noted were cramped) not folded flat.

How do you go about determining the reliability of someone from an internet forum?

My guess as long as they’ve been registered for more than 3 months you’re in the clear…?
